Prepare a coordinated draft schedule
Use this HVAC equipment schedule generator to organise equipment entries into a reviewable project document. A clear schedule helps a designer, contractor and supplier discuss the same tags, quantities and duties rather than relying on disconnected notes. The existing component prepares schedule content from entered project information; it does not choose an approved product automatically. Keep the draft aligned with your drawings and calculations before sharing it for coordination or quotation. This document tool always requires a free account.
Inputs and calculation provenance
Enter the relevant project details and equipment entries using the fields available in the schedule component. Check equipment identity, quantity, duty and stated units against the associated design calculation. This generator has no separate engineering sizing formula: it formats supplied records. Where cooling capacity comes from the Area Load Method, retain its provenance: area × sensible allowance plus occupant sensible and latent loads, with any separately enabled fresh-air loads.
Worked example: two office units
Assume two identical office units, each carrying the illustrative 4.65 kW capacity from a reviewed preliminary cooling calculation. Arithmetic for the coordination total is quantity × individual duty: 2 × 4.65 = 9.30 kW. The schedule should preserve the individual 4.65 kW value and the assumed quantity of two. This total is an explanatory check on the entries, not an assertion that every exported schedule automatically aggregates capacities.
Keep equipment ratings meaningful
For the example, 9.30 kW of scheduled cooling duty is not 9.30 kW of electrical demand. Electrical input requires actual manufacturer performance at the selected operating conditions. Similarly, two units do not automatically provide standby capacity or prove that the room distribution is suitable. Retain the basis for airflow, sensible capacity, total capacity and water-side duty where relevant, and avoid silently mixing per-unit figures with project totals during review.
Review before issue or export
Check for duplicate equipment tags, missing locations, inconsistent quantities and mismatched capacity units. Reconcile equipment identifiers with the drawing legend and revision, and compare supplier selections against the design duty rather than simply copying catalogue maximum ratings. The export is a coordination aid, not a procurement approval or performance guarantee. A reviewer should confirm applicable electrical, acoustic, physical-access and maintenance requirements that may not be represented by the entered schedule fields.
Singapore project review
Treat this output as a draft for review, not a stamped design or an approval. For a Singapore submission, check the applicable SS553 requirements and the project specification with the responsible designer. Verify the input schedule, record the assumptions, and reconcile the calculation with drawings and manufacturer data. This tool does not identify every applicable requirement, certify compliance, or replace professional judgement about installation, operation, safety, and maintenance. Retain the calculation date and revision so later changes can be traced to their original assumptions.
